Mark Polsky

Experience: Mark has been practicing Workers’ Compensation Law since his admission to the Bar in 1987. In addition to his years of experience at hearings and trials, Mark has lectured extensively on the issues impacting injured workers. He regularly speaks with local unions about their members Workers’ Compensation rights and has written a number of articles addressing current issues in compensation. He also continues to serve as an adviser to a local scholarship fund. For more than 15 years Mark has been on the Nassau County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Committee as well as serving as it’s President. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and was the first to serve as Treasurer. He is a long standing member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association (IWBA) and New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association.

Every year we contribute $1,000 to Local 880 CSEA who are Town of Hempstead Employees. It is done as being part of the Bill Flanagan memorial scholarship. We were one of 3 initial contributors and have been doing it for more than 15 years. Mark Polsky is one of the Judge’s in the scholarship drive which distributes at present over $30,000 to children who are family members of a Union member. Mark Polsky was given a citation by the Town of Hempstead supervisor, as well as the Humanitarian Award for all of the firms efforts on behalf of the Town of Hempstead members in 2012.

DonShouldiceDonald Shouldice

Experience: Don has been representing Injured Workers since he was admitted to practice in NYS in 1992. Don has worked extensively to protect the rights of Injured workers by meeting with legislators both locally and in Albany. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Workers Compensation Alliance and the Board of Directors of the IWBA. Additionally, he is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. Don has dedicated his entire career to protect and preserve the rights of these injured workers. He has litigated thousands of claims at the NYS Workers Compensation Board.

Education: Undergraduate: University Of Pennsylvania 1988. Graduate: University of Miami 1991.

AdamRosenAdam Rosen

Experience: Adam has been representing injured workers since joining PSR after graduating from Hofstra Law School in 1995. He became a partner in the firm in 2000. Adam’s entire career has been dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers. Adam is a firm believer that the best way to protect injured workers is to educate them. He spends much of his time educating workers about their rights through lectures at union meetings, churches and community centers. He is in our Brooklyn and Bronx offices every week meeting with clients from those areas and making sure that all aspects of their claims are addressed. Adam is also an active member of the IWBA and was named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. In this capacity, Adam has taken the lead in educating both the Bar and our clients in issues relating to COVID-19 and how it relates to Workers Compensation.

LesJarmolLes Jarmol

Experience: While in law school, Les served as an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He has been concentrating his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation since being admitted to practice law in New York State in 1992. Les began his career by representing the insurance carriers but has limited his practice to fighting for the rights of injured workers since 1997. He has lectured to unions and has published articles on the subject of Workers’ Compensation. Don recently contributed a chapter to the New York State Bar Association guide book entitled “Workers’ Compensation Law and Practice in New York.” He is a member of the IWBA’ and Nassau County Bar Associations.

Education: Undergraduate: George Washington University 1988. Graduate: Hofstra Law School 1991.

ScottGranelliScott Granelli

Experience: While at law school, Scott focused his studies on labor and employment law, with internships both at the National Labor Relations Board and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Since graduating, the majority of Scott’s practice has been focused on Workers’ Compensation. After five years representing carriers, Scott’s focus has solely been on protecting the rights of the injured worker. In addition to his years of hearing and trial experience, Scott has lectured extensively to the medical community on the interplay between the recent changes in the Workers’ Compensation Law and their impact on a worker’s right to medical treatment. Scott is also an active member of the IWBA.

TimRogersTim Rogers

Experience: Tim graduated Cum Laude from NYIT and was a founding member of the Pace University School of Law Honor Board. Prior to joining PSR, Tim worked extensively representing insurance carriers throughout New York State. He is an active member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. Tim is also active in the community. He is the past President of the Holy Trinity Titan Parent Club, former Parish Trustee at Holy Family Parish and former member of the Holy Family Parish Finance Committee and School Board.

Education: Undergraduate: New York Institute of Technology 1987. Graduate: Pace University School of Law 1990.

PatConroyPatrick Conroy

Experience: Patrick’s legal career has been focused solely on the practice of Workers’ Compensation. After graduating Law School, Patrick practiced throughout the State representing self-insured employers and carrier’s in Workers’ Compensation matters. Patrick also practiced in the area of loss transfer and subrogation on behalf of his clients. Patrick has successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. Since joining PSR, Patrick has focused his attention on representing the interests of injured workers. Patrick previously served on the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and is currently a member of the IWBA. He is currently and active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

EliannaElianna S. Perdik

Experience: Elianna S. Perdik is an associate attorney with Polsky, Shouldice & Rosen P.C. Elianna received her Bachelor’s degree with honors from Hofstra University in 2020, and received her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May of 2023. During her time at Touro Law, Elianna was a staff member of Touro’s Law Review, as well as an Executive Board member of the Business Law Society and Employment and Labor Law Society. As a student, Elianna was also recognized for her extensive pro bono work completed with Touro’s legal clinic. Currently, Elianna is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Elianna is also an active member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, as well as the Hellenic Lawyers Association.

Education: Undergraduate: Hofstra University (2020); Graduate: Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (2023)

Eric Bolanos

Experience: Eric graduated from Binghamton University and St. John’s University School of Law. Since being admitted to the bar, Eric has focused his attention on representing injured workers. He is an active member of the IWBA.
