Donald Shouldice

Don’s has been representing injured workers since being admitted to practice law in New York State. Don has worked extensively in lobbying to protect and improve the Workers’ Compensation law, meeting regularly with legislators locally and in Albany.

Don is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Alliance. He is also a member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
