Sure. So, at our office, we're very — uh, we're big believers in you should be seeing an attorney. Okay? When you come in to see us, you're not seeing a parallegal; you're seeing an attorney — generally one of the partners here — somebody who's, who's done thousands of these intakes. And we know what to look for and what to ask you. We also know how to push you into certain questions that you should be asking us. You should find out about, you know, what the fees are, and, and, what is needed to be done.

You, you should expect, let's say, a half an hour of going through all the things in your case. You should come in very prepared. The more prepared you are with your questions — be they written down or, or, just things in your head — the more that you are party to this consultation, the more you're going to walk out of my office with a better understanding of what the workers' comp system is like and what we could, what we can and will do to help you. A lot of times, I don't know what your questions are. I don't know what your concerns are. We expect our clients to be honest with us and say, "This is what we're looking for. We need, we want, we're here to help. We only want to make things easier and less complicated. We want to reduce a very complex system into, uh, short-term, easy solutions."
