Scott Granelli
Experience: While at law school, Scott focused his studies on labor and employment law, with internships both at the National Labor Relations Board and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Since graduating, the majority of Scott’s practice has been focused on Workers’ Compensation. After five years representing carriers, Scott’s focus has solely been on protecting the rights of the injured worker. In addition to his years of hearing and trial experience, Scott has lectured extensively to the medical community on the interplay between the recent changes in the Workers’ Compensation Law and their impact on a worker’s right to medical treatment. Scott is also an active member of the IWBA.
